To buy or not to buy

Looking for a smart phone that does everything, including multitasking and managing multiple SIM cards, without breaking the bank?

Looking for the best affordable smart phone you can buy? Whether it's a budget Android phone or a Windows phone you're after, we've picked some good options to consider this holiday season. Even if the wallet can’t stretch to one of the best Smartphone’s: like the iPhone 5S, an Android like the HTC One or the Samsung Galaxy S4, all is not lost. You can still get the Smartphone experience at the fraction of the price.

Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos

The Samsung Galaxy grand doesn’t have a unique design, but it is solid and sleek like all other Samsung phones. With a textured back cover and plastic screen the Grand is a considerably light weight phone (161g).
The Grand measures 5.65 x 3.03 x 0.38 inches; slightly smaller than the Galaxy Note II. The back surface features an LED flashlight, the camera sensor and a speaker.
The Grand features dual cameras: 2MP front facing camera and an excellent multifunctional 8MP rear camera which gives crisp and clean photos and includes burst, panorama, smile and other modes.

Huawei's Ascend G 300 is a budget Android Smartphone that offers unbeatable value. The 130g Ascend's two-tone silver-and-white plastic case looks cheap but, crucially, it feels sturdy.
With dimensions of 63 x 10.5 x122.5 mm, the Huawei G 300 has a 4 inch capacitive touch screen with a 480x800-pixel resolution.
While the Ascend has a low 2.5GB of internal storage a microSD slot lets you supplement the Huawei's storage capacity with up to 32GB of removable memory.
There's a 5MP camera with a 4x digital zoom, an autofocus and an LED flash on the rear, but the Huawei is capable of only VGA-quality video recording.
